- Technical information — IP address, browser and device information, and security logs, collected automatically when you use the Services.
2. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and verify your email address.
- To review your request, identify financing options that may fit, and manage your application.
- To submit your application to Funding Partners when you authorize us to.
- To communicate with you about your request, including by email, phone, and text message if you consent.
- To prevent fraud, protect the Services, keep records, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
3. How we share information
- Funding Partners — lenders, funders, and other financing providers, only when you authorize us to submit your application. They use your information under their own privacy policies and may obtain credit reports.
- Service providers — companies that host our website, send email, store data, or otherwise help us operate, under obligations to protect your information.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Eagle Business Loans, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share text-messaging opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
